WEATHERPROOF PERFORMANCE

This uninsulated hardshell provides the ultimate in weather protection and versatility for the ever-changing conditions in the mountains. From the harshest storms to warmer bluebird spring days. To keep dry in wet conditions, this hardshell is fully waterproof, fully seam-taped, and all exposed zippers are waterproof. In cold conditions, you can layer the Mens' Element Insulator for maximum warmth. For warmer spring conditions, you can leave the insulator at home and simply wear the highly breathable hardshell over a baselayer and open up the underarm vents.

I have owned and currently own several high end hardshell jackets including a Northface Summit jacket. My recent purchase of the Shreddog Men's Elevated Hardshell was a welcome surprise. The Shreddog jacket is amazing quality at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this jacket for anyone wanting a high quality jacket at half the price of other brand names.

Men’s Elevated Hardshell is AWESOME1

I had been looking at ski shells all season long. I tried all kinds of ski brands from HH to Arc’Teryx. I then found out that Shred Dog makes a men’s shell. I used it for the first time at Snowbird and love it. This may be a little detail - but I love that it has a lift pass pocket in the sleeve. I looked at so many shells that don’t have that feature! I also love the color! It has all the features that I want and need for less than 1/3 of the costs of other quality shells. I am between sizes but found the small was just perfect and I even have room for a back protector. Great job, Shred Dog!! Love it! I usually ski in Utah 50-80 days a season and can’t wait to use this next season.

Check your size

Ordered the jacket in medium. I’m 5’11” at 165 lbs and the medium was basically an XL size. I have returned it. They have been great in customer service. They are going to send me a small but I’m very leary of the sizing and might be returning this jacket as well depending on their fit. I was also disappointed since I found them by asking “Made in USA” to support US manufacturing. When it arrived it says made in Indonesia. Will see what happens. Great support and gear for youth which is fantastic. Can’t say for now if i recommend or not…so until i’ll put a yes.
