"I have tried so many hard and soft shell jackets out there for skiing, snowboarding and outdoor activities and Shred Dog's Elevated Hardshell is by far, first in class. It is very comfortable, light weight, slim but not too snug. It can layer perfectly are be used stand alone when it's a bit warmer. I like to wear hoods over my helmet on stormy days and this is the only jacket i have found where the hood isn't restrictive or too loose. Also, the bottom zipper can be pulled up to prevent bunching while on the ski lift or apres. I can't say enough good things about this jacket. You will be psyched you picked one up."

"I was a bit concerned that it wouldn't breathe as well as my Patagonia Nano-Air, but it has been absolutey bomber. I've worn it in 4 degree F days and been plenty warm, and skiing hard in 48 degree days without any dampness. This rocks as an insulator or a light jacket, and is now my mainstay."
