Men's Element Insulator

Traditional Retail: $175.00

The Men's Element Insulator is made with a high-performance face fabric that is durable and wind-resistant. It is an extremely versatile jacket that can be worn as an everyday essential, a stand-alone jacket on the mountain, or layered underneath our Elevated Hardshell to provide additional warmth on cold days. This technical piece is designed to keep active adults warm without causing them to overheat and sweat. The synthetic 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation is strategically body-mapped with thicker insulation throughout the core (100 grams) and lighter insulation throughout the arms (60 grams). Additionally, synthetic insulation is extremely breathable and low profile for enhanced freedom of movement for active lifestyles. The face fabric of the jacket is treated with a Durable Water Repellency (DWR), but if it should get wet for any reason, the synthetic insulation will continue to retain heat.

    • 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation
    • Body-mapped insulation for active kids
    • Made with eco-friendly bluesign® approved fabrics

Maybe the perfect insulator?

I was a bit concerned that it wouldn't breathe as well as my Patagonia Nano-Air, but it has been absolutey bomber. I've worn it in 4 degree F days and been plenty warm, and skiing hard in 48 degree days without any dampness. This rocks as an insulator or a light jacket, and is now my mainstay.
