We stand by our products and the claims we make regarding the fabrics and technologies we use. Manufacturing defects are, of course, covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. But we also know that lab ratings, company claims, and even product reviews by other customers may still not answer the question “will this gear perform for me?”
We believe that you will love your AKOVA gear. Therefore, we invite you to use the gear with the confidence of our 100% Comfort Guarantee™. Take the gear out and put it through its paces. Push the limits. That is what it is made for. If it doesn’t work for you, we failed our mission and we will make it right.
If you are not completely satisfied with the waterproofness, breathability, or overall performance, depending on the issue, we will repair, replace, or simply take back the gear and issue a refund.
QUALIFICATION
The 100% Comfort Guarantee™ applies to:- Original purchaser only with proof of purchase (an online purchase at akovagear.com qualifies since the order is in our system)
- AKOVA and SHRED DOG technical apparel such as shells, insulated jackets, pants, bibs, mid-layers, and baselayers (logowear such as t-shirts, hats, etc are not included)
- Gear that has been used as intended and properly cared for and maintained

After reviewing the images and description SHRED DOG LLC will issue a Returns Authorization (RA) number, pre-paid shipping label, and further instructions for valid 100% Comfort Guarantee™ claims.

Based on our investigation of the claimed issues and useful life of the product, at our discretion we will repair, replace, or simply process a return and refund of the purchase price paid.
