RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Contact info@akovagear.com for a returns authorization form and pre-paid shipping label. 
  2. Print and complete the form, package and affix shipping label to package, and drop off at a FedEx location.
  3. Alternatively, you may ship your items back using the carrier of your choice and your expense. We recommend using a service with tracking capabilities.

Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a refund for the full purchase price (including shipping) to your original form of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days from the day we receive your package.

Need a different size or color? Please contact our customer service team at info@akovagear.com. We will place a new order for your exchange item(s) and waive the shipping fee on your new order. You will be billed at the time of your new order and we will process your refund once we receive your return. To send in your return, please follow the return instructions above.
